"BCC owes its existence to the sweat and tears of many devoted men and women who came before. It is incumbent upon us to learn about their contributions to the school, for it is thanks to them that BCC has continued to play such an important role in the history and development of modern Thailand. These individuals include the missionaries in its early years; the Chinese teachers and the Thai teachers who have been responsible for carrying on the traditions of the school in more recent times.

ศาสนาจารย์ ดร. ซามูเอล เรโนลด์ เฮ้าส์ ท่านเป็นศัลยแพทย์ที่มีชื่อเสียง สนใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลายสาขาวิชา เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ก่อตั้งโรงเรียนคริสเตียนบอยส์สกูลที่กุฏีจีนและสำเหร่ ท่านริเริ่มให้มีการดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยนักเรียนตามแบบสมัยใหม่ โดยตรวจสุขภาพของนักเรียนด้วยตนเอง เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรคติดต่อในหมู่นักเรียน
Reverend Dr. Samuel Renold House, a famous surgeon who had interest in several fields of science, was one of the founders of Christian Boys School at Kudi Jeen and Samray. Dr. House introduced Western health care practices at the school. He personally carried out regular health checks on the students to prevent the spread of infectious diseases in the school.

ศาสนาจารย์สตีเฟน แมตตูน ท่านเป็นกงสุลอเมริกันประจำประเทศไทยคนแรก เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ก่อตั้งโรงเรียนคริสเตียนบอยส์สกูลที่กุฏีจีนและสำเหร่ โดยวางหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนเช่นเดียวกับระบบการศึกษาในยุโรปและอเมริการ่วมไปกับการสอนคริสต์ศาสนา
Reverend Stephen Mattoon was the first American consul in Thailand and one of the founders of the Christian Boys School in Kudi Jeen and at Samray. In addition to teaching christian belief. Reverend Mattoon designed the school's curriculum, which was based on European and American models.

Sinsae Ki-eng Qua Sean
ซินแสกีเอ็ง ก๊วยเซียน ครูใหญ่คนแรกของโรงเรียน ท่านเป็นชาวจีน มีน้ำใจโอบอ้อมอารี ท่านมีความรู้ความชำนาญด้านจักษุแพทย์จนได้รับฉายาว่า "ก๊วยเซียน" แปลว่า "หมอเทวดา" ท่านเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการช่วยย้ายที่ทำการของมิชชั่นจากกุฏีจีนมาที่สำเหร่ ท่านเป็นต้นตระกูลบรรพบุรุษคริสเตียนถึง 5 ตระกูล Sinsae Ki-eng Qua Sean was the school's first principal. He was a generous and kind-hearted Chinese person who was respected for his medical expertise. Sinsae Ki-eng was given the honorific "qua sean," which means "divine doctor." He was one of the driving forces to relocate the school from Kudi Jeen to Samray. He was one of the ancestors of five famous Christian families who now live in Thailand.

ศาสนาจารย์กิมเฮง มังกรพันธุ์ ท่านจบการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนสำเหร่บอยสกูล และมาเป็นครูที่โรงเรียนนี้ ทำการสอนอยู่หลายปีจนกระทั่งได้รับความไว้วางใจจากคณะมิชชันนารีให้เป็นครูใหญ่ในช่วงเวลาที่ศาสนาจารย์จอห์น เอ. เอกิ้น ย้ายโรงเรียนไปอยู่ที่ถนนประมวญ ในปี พ.ศ. 2445 / ค.ศ. 1902 ต่อมาท่านได้มาปฏิบัติพันธกิจด้านคริสตจักรโดยทำหน้าที่ศิษยาภิบาลของคริสตจักรที่ 2 สมัยที่ยังตั้งอยู่ที่วังหลัง ฝั่งธนบุรี และเป็นศิษยาภิบาลคนแรกของคริสตจักรวัฒนานานถึง 15 ปี

ศาสนาจารย์จอห์น แอนเดอร์สัน เอกิ้น พ.ศ.2446-2451(1903-1908) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล ด้วยความเชื่อศรัทธาในพระเจ้าอย่างแรงกล้า ท่านได้สละตำแหน่งครูใหญ่โรงเรียนในวังเพื่อสร้างโรงเรียนในฝันสำหรับลูกสามัญชน ต่อมาท่านได้ย้ายโรงเรียนส่วนตัวมารวมกับโรงเรียนคริสเตียนบอยส์สกูลที่สำเหร่ ก่อนที่จะย้ายโรงเรียนมาที่ถนนประมวญเพื่อเตรียมโรงเรียนสำหรับอนาคต
Reverend John Anderson Eakin, a visionary school administrator, was a devout Christian who gave up his position in the palace to found a school for the children of commoners. Eakin eventually merged his own school with the Christian Boys school at Samray before the college was moved to Pramuan Road to make room for future expansion.

ศาสนาจารย์ ดับบลิว. ยี. แมคครัวร์ พ.ศ.2451-2462 (1908-1919)เป็นผู้มีความเชื่อศรัทธาในพระเจ้าสูงมาก มุ่งมั่นในการประกาศกิตติคุณ พูดน้อยแต่กินใจ ปกครองดูแลนักเรียนให้อยู่ในระเบียบวินัยด้วยความรัก เมตตา ท่านเป็นผู้ริเริ่มจัดตั้งสมาคมศิษย์เก่าขึ้น ซึ่งมีชื่อในเวลานั้นว่า "สมาคมนักเรียนสำเหร่"
Reverend W.G. McClure was a devout Christian with an abiding faith in Christ's teachings. A man of few words but an undeniable depth of feeling, McClure treated the boys under his charge with love and compassion. He founded the alumni association, which was then named the Samray Students Association.

ศาสนาจารย์ อาร์.โอ.แฟรงคลิน พ.ศ.2462-2463 (1919-1920) ท่านส่งเสริมสนับสนุนดนตรีและกีฬาเป็นพิเศษ โดยเฉพาะด้านกรีฑามีชื่อเสียงมากที่สุด ในการแข่งขันถ้าผู้ใดได้ยินเสียงนกหวีดเป่าแล้ว นักกีฬาผู้นั้นจะต้องเล่นให้เต็มฝีเท้า นอกจากนี้ท่านยังเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งแตรวงของโรงเรียน ซึ่งปัจจุบันเรียกว่าวงโยธวาทิต โดยท่านเองเข้าเป็นนายวง และทำหน้าที่เป่าแตรทองเหลืองขนาดเล็ก Reverend R.O. Franklin was a tremendous supporter of music and sports. He was especially well-known for his activities on the track. At meets, anyone who heard his whistle blow would know that he needed to give his all. Reverend Franklin was the founder and the director of the school band which is nowadays known as the BCC Marching Band. He was also an accomplished cornet player.

ศาสนาจารย์ เอ็ม. บี. ปาล์มเมอร์ พ.ศ.2463-2481 (1920-1938) เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ดำรงตำแหน่งนานถึง 19 ปี ท่านเป็นผู้ขยันขันแข็ง เข้มงวด พัฒนาโรงเรียนทุกด้านทั้งด้านวิชาการ อาคารสถานที่และบุคลากร จัดให้มีการสอนพระคัมภีร์ในหลักสูตร เน้นคุณภาพนักเรียนมากกว่าปริมาณ เป็นผู้ให้กำเนิดธง และสีประจำโรงเรียน สมัยของท่านจึงเปรียบเสมือนยุคทองของโรงเรียน
Reverend Marian Boyd Palmer held the position of school director for 19 years. Rev. Palmer was strict, energetic, and determined. Through his efforts, the school grew and improved significantly over the years. He added new courses, such as Bible studies, to the curriculum, and oversaw the construction of new facilities and the hiring of new faculty and staff. Reverend Palmer, who selected the school's official flag and colors, valued quality over quantity. The period of his leadership is often thought of as the school's golden age.

อาจารย์มิส แอนนาเบล กอล์ท พ.ศ.2451-2476 (1908-1933) ทำหน้าที่ครูใหญ่ขณะที่อาจารย์ปาล์มเมอร์ลาพัก เป็นผู้วางหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ผู้ตรวจการสอน การจัดอบรมครู และเรียบเรียงตำราเรียนหลายเล่ม ฝึกให้นักเรียนขับร้องและอ่านโน้ตเพลง นอกจากนี้ท่านยังวางระบบงานทะเบียนและวัดผลของโรงเรียน
Miss Annabel Galt substituted as principal during Rev. Palmer's absences. She developed the school curriculum, monitored teachers, conducted teacher training courses, and compiled several course textbooks. Miss Galt taught the children to sing and read music, and was responsible for designing the school's registration and evaluation procedures.

ดร. อี. เอ็ม. เท็ตต์ พ.ศ.2481-2484 ( 1938-1941) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่เป็นมิชชันนารีคนสุดท้าย เป็นอาจารย์ที่มีคุณวุฒิและความรู้สูง เน้นหนักในการพัฒนาด้านวิชาการ ท่านเข้ามารับหน้าที่ช่วงเวลาสั้น ๆ เพียง 2 ปี เนื่องจากในปีพ.ศ. 2483 เป็นช่วงเวลาที่กำลังจะเกิดสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง จึงต้องเดินทางกลับไปสหรัฐอเมริกา Dr. E.M. Tate, the last school director who was a missionary, was a highly-credentialed and highly-educated teacher dedicated to the school's academic development. Dr. Tate served at the school for only two years. His tenure was interrupted in 1940, with the outbreak of World War II, which forced him to return to the U.S.

. อาจารย์เจริญ วิชัย พ.ศ.2484-2503 (1941-1960) ผู้บริหารคนไทยคนแรก เป็นผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านวิชาการโดยเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษ ระหว่างสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ท่านได้นำโรงเรียนให้พ้นภัยด้วยความเสียสละและอดทน เพลงประจำโรงเรียนเกิดขึ้นในสมัยของท่าน นักเรียนเก่าหลายคนนึกถึงอาจารย์เจริญกับเสียงเพลงจากเปียโนที่อ่อนหวานไพเราะ ขณะที่อีกหลายคนที่ยังนึกถึงอาจารย์เจริญที่เคร่งครัดในระเบียบวินัย Mr. Charoen Wichai was the school's first Thai principal. A scholar of the English language, he steered the school safely through the tumult of World War II. The BCC school anthem was introduced during his time as Principal. Many alumni remember how beautifully he played the piano while others remember him as a strict disciplinarian.

Reverend Lek Taiyong
ศาสนาจารย์เล็ก ไทยง พ.ศ.2503-2506 ( 1960-1963) ท่านเป็นบุคคลแรกที่นำระบบราชการมาใช้ในการบริหารโรงเรียน ท่านเป็นครูที่ชำนาญการสอนโดยเฉพาะวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ ขณะเป็นครูท่านฝึกนักเรียนให้ทำงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม รู้จักคิดวางแผนในการจัดทำวารสาร "คอลเล็ชนิวส์" ซึ่งเป็นวารสารเล่มแรกของโรงเรียน ทำให้นักเรียนสามารถนำประสบการณ์ความรู้ไปใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพได้ Reverend Lek Taiyong introduced the Thai government system of administration to the school. An outstanding math teacher, he encouraged students to work together and was instrumental in the publication of the school's first newsletter "The College News." This enabled the students to apply the knowledge and experience they gained to their career.

อาจารย์อารีย์ เสมประสาท พ.ศ.2506-2521 (1963-1978) ท่านมีความผูกพันกับโรงเรียนตั้งแต่เป็นนักเรียน เป็นครูน้อย ครูใหญ่ และผู้จัดการ นักเรียนมักจะเรียกท่านว่า "ป๋า" เพราะท่านรักการสอนและรักลูกศิษย์เป็นชีวิตจิตใจ แม้ท่านจะเข้มงวด เสียงดัง ท่านจึงเป็นท่านเคารพรักของศิษย์ โดยเฉพาะนักเรียนประจำซึ่งท่านมีโอกาสดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด ท่านเป็นครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณของการเป็นครูที่แท้จริง Mr. Aree Semprasat had a connection with the school ever since he enrolled as a student. Later he worked as a teacher, principal and school director. Affectionately known to his students as "pa" or "Dad", he loved teaching and felt a real closeness to all his students. Despite his stern exterior, Mr Semprasat was a natural and gifted teacher. He was well-loved by his students, especially those who boarded in the school with whom he developed a deep bond.

ดร.สิงห์โต จ่างตระกูล พ.ศ.2521-2535 ( 1978-1992) ผู้บริหารที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถรอบด้าน ท่านเป็นผู้บุกเบิกโรงเรียนในยุคการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และการเมืองของประเทศไทย เป็นผู้วางระบบการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ท่านมีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนให้ก้าวหน้าเป็นอย่างมาก ทั้งด้านวิชาการ การกีฬา ดนตรี ศิลปะ การพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่ รวมทั้งความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำหรับการพัฒนาโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องในปัจจุบัน
Dr. Singtoh Changtrakul is a knowledgeable, competent and versatile administrator. He was the person who guided the school in a time of change in the economic and political state of thai society. Mr Changtrakul was the person who implemented a participatory approach to school management. He was determined to improve and develop the school to the greatest extend possible, not only academically but also in the area of sport, music and art. He was also
a driving force behind the development of school buildings and strived tirelessly to build a relationship with the local community which has been the foundation of the sustain progress of the school.

. อาจารย์บุญยเกียรติ นิลมาลย์ พ.ศ.2535-2542 (1992-1999) ท่านดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นอาจารย์ใหญ่ มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานกับดร.สิงห์โต จ่างตระกูล มาโดยตลอด กระทั่งปีพ.ศ. 2535 จึงดำรงดำแหน่งเป็นผู้อำนวยการ ท่านเป็นผู้มีจิตใจเมตตาและมีอารมณ์ขัน ท่านได้สานต่องานพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่ งานวิชาการ กิจกรรมฟุตบอล ว่ายน้ำ จัดทำศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ นอกจากนี้ท่านยังสนใจและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมลูกเสือเป็นพิเศษ
Mr.
Boonkiat Nilaman, principal, worked closely with Dr. Singtoh throughout his career, until he was appointed school director in 1992. He is a kind and humorous person. Mr. Boonkiat oversaw further construction projects and improvements in the school's academic programs. He took a particular interest in football, swimming, and the school's computer center, and gave special support to the activities of the Boy Scouts.

. อาจารย์ประกอบ พรหมบุตร พ.ศ.2542-2543(1999-2000) ท่านทำหน้าที่อาจารย์ใหญ่หลายปี ก่อนจะดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ เคยเป็นอาจารย์ฝ่ายปกครองและดูแลนักเรียนประจำมาตลอด ท่านมีจิตใจโอบอ้อมอารี ซื่อสัตย์ ดูแลปรับปรุงพัฒนาสถานที่และภูมิทัศน์ของโรงเรียนให้สวยงามร่มรื่นอยู่เสมอ ท่านให้ความสำคัญกับสุขภาพของนักเรียน และพัฒนากีฬาฟุตบอลและบาสเกตบอลจนมีชื่อเสียงโด่งดัง
Mr. Prakob Prombutr served as principal for a number of years before his appointment to the post of school director. At one time a vice-principal in charge of school discipline, he was always involved in supervising students. Mr. Prakob was a generous, warmhearted and honest individual, who took pleasure in making the BCC campus a greener, more beautiful place. Concerned for the health of the BCC student body, he also worked hard to develop the school's football and basketball programs, winning recognition for both these teams.

ดร. จารีต องคะสุวรรณ พ.ศ.2543-2546 (2000-2003) ผู้อำนวยการหญิงคนไทยคนแรกผู้มีความสามารถ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในความเป็นผู้นำที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ มีความรอบคอบ รักความยุติธรรม กล้าตัดสินใจ ท่านเป็นผู้วางระบบการบริหารจัดการด้านการเงินและการเตรียมบุคลากรในอนาคต นอกจากนี้ท่านได้ส่งเสริมงานศาสนกิจและคณะนักร้องประสานเสียงให้พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Dr. Jareed Ongkasuwan was the school's first Thai female director. Combining leadership with vision, she was a conscientious and decisive individual who valued fairness. She implemented a new finance and staff planning system and devoted particular attention to religious activities. Dr. Jareed also provided continuous support for the BCC choir.

Dr.Woranoot Triwichitkasem
. ดร. วรนุช ตรีวิจิตรเกษม พ.ศ.2546-ปัจจุบัน (2003- present) ผู้อำนวยการ ท่านเป็นผู้รอบรู้ด้านวิชาการ มีความคิดก้าวหน้า เน้นการพัฒนานักเรียนให้เต็มตามศักยภาพ ทั้งด้านกิจกรรม และวิชาการ ซึ่งก้าวไปถึงระดับรางวัลโอลิมปิก ท่านเป็นผู้ริเริ่มพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อสื่อสารได้ทั้ง 4 ทักษะ และจัดให้มีการเรียนการสอนในโครงการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อการสอน นอกจากนี้ท่านยังให้ความสำคัญในการประกาศพระกิตติคุณและการอภิบาลจนเกิดผลเป็นอย่างดียิ่ง
School director, Dr. Woranoot Triwichitkasem, was a true scholar and a forward thinker, who strove to provide educational and extracurricular opportunities for students to develop their full potential. Under her direction, BCC students achieved success at international academic Olympics. A devout Christian, Dr. Woranoot improved the school's English language curriculum, focusing on communicative competence in all four skill areas, and initiated the English Immersion Program (EIP).

อาจารย์กู้ศักดิ์ สารกิติพันธ์ พ.ศ.2551-2555 ( 2008- 2012 ) ผู้จัดการ ท่านเป็นแบบอย่างของการเป็นผู้ให้ เอาใจใส่เป็นกันเองกับบุคลากร ท่านปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความวิริยะอุตสาหะ กล้าตัดสินใจ ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะฟุตบอล บาสเกตบอล ว่ายน้ำ กอล์ฟ สู่ระดับชาติและนานาชาติ ปรับปรุงพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่และภูมิทัศน์ของโรงเรียนให้ทันสมัย และส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน นอกจากนี้ท่านยังสนับสนุนงานของคริสตจักรอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
School manager Mr. Kusak Sarakitipan is the model of generosity, hard-working, decisive, and conscientious, he takes a personal interest in the entire BCC staff. Mr. Kusak is particularly supportive of the school's football, basketball, and golf programs, which have achieved success at the national and international levels. He has overseen improvements in BCC facilities and has modernized the landscaping of the school. He also lends his support to a number of community outreach programs and gives regular support to the activities of the churches.
